Scholarships and fee waivers are subject to QIU’s terms & conditions and approval. Some schemes cover tuition fees only; other costs (e.g., basic fees, hostel fees, transportation) may still apply depending on the scheme.

QIU Foundation 100% Tuition Coverage

100% coverage applicable to tuition fees for selected Foundation programmes

100% coverage is applicable to the tuition fees for: Foundation in Arts, Foundation in Science, Foundation in Business, and ACCA Foundation in Accountancy.
Applicants must ensure the degree programme of choice is available at QIU.
Applicants who continue their studies at QIU after Foundation may have access to additional QIU degree scholarships.

50% tuition fee scholarship (degree programmes; exclusions apply)

Applicable to the tuition fees for all degree programmes, except Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons).
All other costs/payment (such as basic fees, hostel fees and transportation) must be paid by the student.

QIU Postgraduate Fee Waivers

Alumni waivers + group tuition waiver for eligible education-sector applicants (selected programmes)

QIU Alumni: Application Fee Waiver + 20% Tuition Fee Waiver.
QIU Alumni with 1st-Class Honours: Application Fee Waiver + 30% Tuition Fee Waiver.

Group tuition fee waiver (education sector)

Programme: Master of Education or Master of Arts in the Teaching of English as a Second Language.
10% group tuition fee waiver: application received is 3 and above from the same institution.
Eligible applicants: school teachers, college or university lecturers (excluding administrative staff).
Each applicant in the group receives a 10% tuition fee waiver.
